2nd year at college is over and done with. I'm sticking around Boston until the end of June for class and work. Moved to a single in the smaller dorms, which is good since its currently in shambles due to all the Anime Boston prep. How do people live with me, really?

Friday

Got up extra early because I was anticipating another LINECON 2008. Couldn't go to the Thursday pick-up since I have class 1-9PM. Did some final touch-ups to the wrench, too. Disappointing low turn out for Baccano! cosplay this year. I did meet a Firo and Ennis at the Dealer's Room though, and an Ennis-turned-Reno at DD.

Got my badge within an half an hour or so, which gave me some chill time before Carlos got there. Dropped by the Crossplay, Shinto and Mystery Anime/Manga panels before going around the Dealer's Room and Artist's Alley.

Met Carlos at Chis Ayres' Mock Combat Workshop in the afternoon. Figured it might be helpful for Taekwondo skits.
... I missed the Kalafina panel to get my ass kicked by a maid!Mikuru :) _{But really, it was so fun. Awesome work-out XD}

After that was more wandering, Anime You Should See panel, dinner and IRON COSPLAY.

HAHA THE INSANITY IN THAT ROOM WAS FANTASTIC
My team turned Snake into the Prince using sippy cups(and thus the birth of Ferb). Then another group made this epic Godzilla vs. King Kong thing in the 2nd round. JUST. BRILLIANT.
I lost rock-paper-scissors for Pokemon Platinum, but won Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. Sweettt~
(reesheluh's getting it since she's the one with the DS :/)

Thanks for picking me out of the audience furiousmice/England ;D America (the 5th judge) came in late. Don't really blame him since the Dunkin Donuts lines at Hynes were pretty long over the weekend.

Saturday

Joined the masses and cosplayed Hetalia. Y'know what's great about being Romano?

I was wearing my red hoodie when I tried it on, so it looks like the lovechild of Italy and Canada -- what.

Helped Carlos with his hair for his Elemental Gelade costume in the morning. (I failed.)


Him and his girlfriend as Ren and Coud. So cute :)

Italy (paasta), Greece (erubescens), girl!Spain (syiian) and their friends found me around lunchtime, and the other S.Italy (genius_freak) joined us later.

Crashed a TWEWY shoot and met the rest of the Hetalia group. I missed a bunch of people from the Friday gathering. Boo.
The LACK OF FRANCE saddened me. But its ok, he was there in spirit.

Took a break from the awesome to see the first episodes of the Romeo x Juliet screening. I'm tempted to invest in the Romeo collection. Last Baccano! DVD will be released in June (i think) and I'll need a new series to force me into support the industry. Dub was good and the first set goes till ep13 - right before I lost interest. So it would work. xD

Snuck out at 5-ish to make it to THE AWESOME HETALIA PANEL. The Mediterranean nations were in line already, along with a bunch of Russias. During the wait, we snatched an awesome Korea and Japan (pomgrenadier and moohoop!) and broke a glass bottle. I love how we all backed away and waited for security to take care of the mess. We are such girls lol.

Can't wait for more videos to come up~! Everyone was hilarious.

Went to a Japanese restaurant after the panel for mochi ice cream and sushi (yes, in that order). Should have gotten vanilla for shopping purposes... but I'm too much of a green tea freak.

And I didn't get a good pic but -- WE HAD A NORTH CYPRUS, MAN. Now THAT is awesome. (oh my rp ego....damn i miss apha)

I forgot what I did right after the big gathering...lunch maybe XD; Joined Asians, Hungary, Seychelles, Liet and girl!Spain for cheesecake before closing ceremonies. When everything was over, I changed out of my costume and went to church in Francis. How nice. hahaha.
